"In 1976, the runner’s high was taking the country by storm. Fifty years later, Fleet Feet and Brooks are still celebrating that feeling with The Big Run, bringing runners together for feel-good movement, summer sunshine and celebration rooted in community.
So join us, and let the good miles roll!"

Lace up your running shoes and join us for a special edition of The BIG Run! Not only will we be celebrating Global Running Day with a FREE community 5K, but we're also celebrating the Fleet Feet's 50th anniversary and the 20th anniversary of the Raleigh/Morrisville franchise!

Here's what to expect: 

✅ Themed finisher "medals"
✅ A HUGE vendor expo with shoe demos, giveaways, and merch for sale!
✅ Food/coffee trucks for pre & post-run fuel
✅ Post-run yoga

7:00AM: Check-in begins. When you arrive to WakeMed Soccer Park, be sure to check in with one of the workers.
7:30AM: Warm up with Black Girls RUN!; Pre-run announcements
8:00AM RUN BEGINS
9:00AM: Post-run yoga (Bring a mat and towel if you plan to participate)
