
Already completed a 5K or graduated from a run/walk program and ready for what’s next? No Boundaries 5K training program is an eight week, running coach led program designed to help you run your next 5K with more strength, confidence and consistency. You’ll get structure, support from mentors and the motivation of a community alongside you. This is a running-focused program for participants who want to build on the achievement of finishing a 5K. You’ll learn how to run stronger, steadier, and feel more confident from start to finish.
No Boundaries 5K Training Program is where that story continues. Here is what to expect on the next journey:
- Kickoff event where you will be able to meet your running coaches and other participants
- Weekly group workouts led by experience running coaches
- Demo runs with Saucony
- Guidance on gear and recovery techniques from expert outfitters
- Training program via Final Surge, a FREE app - that builds confidence and fitness safely
- Participant shirt
- Halfway training celebration
- Exclusive in-store experiences and participant perks
- Post-race celebration
