Opening a Fleet Feet has been a dream of mine since working at Fleet Feet in Charleston, South Carolina. It was a job where I had purpose. Helping others get outside and move. I was once a MIlitary Spouse and had to change my career multiple times, over multiple years, in multiple states. Fleet Feet IS my calling.
My running career started in a small town called Griswold in Connecticut. I was coached by one of the greatest coaches, Gerry Chester. This then led to me being a Captain at Southern Connecticut State University, running Cross Country as well as Indoor and Outdoor Track. After college, I found a love for trail and ultra running. To have the opportunity to move to a place like Prescott, AZ, open a Fleet Feet, and enjoy the 100s of miles of trails is my dream coming true.

Stephanie would have never imagined becoming a runner until volunteering to run a half marathon to benefit Team World Vision on the spur of the moment in 2016. She was suddenly thrown into a training program and had to figure things out very quickly! She ended up running two half marathons and started hiking at every opportunity.

My parents have been running since 2016 and I never thought I would get into the community until I saw how much fun my mom had woorking at Fleet Feet. I decided to apply and try to start running! It's been such a welcoming community that I'm so happy to get into!
On my free time I take as many classes as possible at Yavapai College as well as work int he ceramics lab. At home I enjoy crocheting with my cats adnplaying nerdy board games with my parents.

My personal running journey started when I joined the Army in 2014, it turns out if you just keep running long enough, you'll learn to love it. While I no longer have people "motivating" me on my daily runs, you might just catch me out motivating my wife on our daily runs! Be sure to say hi when you see us out on the trails!
