Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie Exchange Policy

At Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie, we want you to find the perfect fit! As a small, locally owned business, we appreciate your understanding of our generous policy:

• Footwear (Exchanges/Store Credit within 30 days): Regular/full-priced footwear can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. To be eligible for a refund within 30 days, footwear must be: Unworn, in the original box, and with original insoles and laces.

• Apparel, Accessories, Electronics (Exchanges/Refunds within 30 days): Items must be in original, unworn/unused/ unopened, sellable condition with tags attached within 30 days.

• Final Sale (No Returns/Exchanges): Spikes, plated shoes (carbon, nylon, fiberglass, etc.), sale shoes, limited-edition shoes, Birkenstock sandals, sale/clearance apparel & accessories, and nutrition items. Exceptions: Manufacturer defects on final sale items will be addressed.

• General: We reserve the right to determine product condition and limit exchanges/returns if policy misuse is suspected.
