With the end of the year fast approaching, it's time to get focused on some 2020 goals! Join us for one of these free informational sessions at Fleet Feet to learn about opportunities to train with us in 2020.
Are you looking to tackle a new distance in 2020? Do you have a specific time goal in mind? Are you looking to make some new running friends? Are you looking to stay on track and accountable for 2020? Are you just plain curious as to what our Fleet Feet training groups are all about?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this session is for you! This is your opportunity to learn more about our programs, our training philosophy/approach & why those who participate in a training group with us often come back for another group! Justin from Feldman Physical Therapy & Performance will be here to talk about his team's ongoing involvement in our training groups.
Registration is already open for our Spring half marathon group (training for Flying Pig in Cincinnati) but there will be other opportunities to train with us in 2020 including groups specific for 5K, 10K, half marathon & even a trail specific group!
