Community Involvement

We love the local running community and strive to support as many local events as possible. As an independently owned small business, our ability to give back is directly fueled by the support we receive from you. We receive dozens of requests weekly. To ensure our resources go toward the community that sustains us, we prioritize requests from our active partners and customers. Before submitting, please consider:

• Do I shop here regularly?
• Have I engaged with their events or social media?
• Have I helped spread the word through reviews or referrals?

If you are a regular supporter of our store, we can’t wait to see your request! If you haven't had the chance to support us yet, we kindly suggest reaching out to the businesses where you do spend your time and resources—they are the ones best positioned to champion your cause.

We respectfully request at least 60 days’ notice for all donation/sponsorship requests. We do our best to respond quickly, but we receive many requests every week. In addition to submitting at least 60 days in advance of your event, please allow at least one business week for our initial response.

Of note, please keep in mind that:

• We cannot assist with personal fundraising goals in exchange for a race bib, as we receive far too many of these requests than we can realistically support (e.g., charity support for a marathon race)
• We have a full schedule of race events that we organize for the year, and we currently cannot organize new/additional races
