Are you ready to challenge yourself with a half marathon?! Our Half Marathon training program is a 9-week walking/running program suitable for the seasoned, as well as first-time half-marathon runner. This is an advanced training program that will help get you from 6 miles to 13 miles. We use the run/walk method of training to help you reach your goals in a non-competitive and fun group environment. The first group long run is 6 miles. A good base will help you to succeed in the half marathon distance.

- Dates: January 3rd to March 6, 2022
- Goal Race: Livermore Half Marathon or Napa Valley Half Marathon
- Price: $145 before December 1, $165 after December 1. Cost does not include race registration fees.
- Workout Times: Group workouts are Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am at Fleet Feet for a coached run.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Trainees should have no active injuries and the capability to comfortably run 6 miles using a 3-minute run and 1-minute walk.
