 Running Changes Everything

MIAM is a 4-week walking/running program designed to help beginners or "comeback" runners take the first steps to run/walking a one-mile distance. MIAM is great preparation for the Fleet Feet 5k No Boundaries training program starting in February.

We coach you with lots of individualized support on how to achieve good running form and strategies to stay injury-free. The program includes a guided training plan designed for you to work at your own comfortable pace in a positive, fun, non-judgmental environment.  We meet 2x weekly for group workouts; your plan will include additional activities that you complete on your own.

At the end of the four weeks, you'll be mentally and physically able to complete one mile, using run-walk intervals.
