Welcome to our January 2022 5k Training!
Our 5k training program is a 7-week program that uses the walk/jog method to help you build up to running a 5k feeling your best. To join this group runners must be able to complete 1 mile using a 1 minute jog/1 minute walk approach and must not enter the program with an active injury.

- Dates: January 31st to March 20, 2022
- Goal Race: TBD
- Price: $95 before December 1, $115 after December 1. Cost does not include race registration fees.
- Workout Times: Group workouts are Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am at Fleet Feet for a coached run.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Trainees should have no active injuries and the capability to run 1 mile using a 1 minute run and 1 minute walk.
- No participants under the age of 18.
- No refunds or exchanges.
