Welcome to our Fall 2021 5k Training!
Our 5k training program is a 8-week program that uses the walk/jog method to help you build up to running a 5k feeling your best. To join this group runners must be able to complete 1 mile using a 1 minute jog/1 minute walk approach and must not enter the program with an active injury.
Registration opens 8/18/21
Maximum participants: 30
- Dates: September 6th to October 31st.
- Goal Race: 2021 Halloween Spirit Run
- Price: $125 (not including race fees)
- Workout Times: Group workouts are Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am at Fleet Feet for a coached run.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Trainees should have no active injuries and the capability to run 1 mile using a 1 minute run and 1 minute walk.
- No participants under the age of 18.
- No refunds or exchanges.
- Limited to 30 trainees.
