Make it a Mile: Make it a Mile is a four-week walking/running program designed to help beginner take the first steps to running a whole mile. The program helps to prepare you for our Summer 5k class. Learn more about our Make it a Mile program
5k Learn to Run: We understand that everyone is on their own journey to a healthier lifestyle. 10k Training: Have you completed a 5k and want to go further? Our 9 week program is designed for those looking to increase their distance from a 5k to a 10k, looking to improve their 10k time, or someone just looking for a group to run with on those longer distances.
