Fleet Feet Pleasanton is dedicated to helping you live a healthy, active lifestyle. We are passionate about helping others realize their personal fitness goals. Our training programs offer structured workouts, dedicated coaching, educational clinics, and plenty of motivation and support to keep you going from start to finish. Make it a Mile: Make it a Mile is a four-week walking/running program designed to help beginner take the first steps to running a whole mile. The program is a great lead up to a 5K Beginner program.
5k Finish - Learn to Run: We understand that everyone is on their own journey to a healthier lifestyle. No matter what your journey is, we will have mentors and coaches to help guide and encourage you along the way. Join the fun and see what you can accomplish!
5k Fast: Are you looking to take the next step in your training? Are you looking to improve your next 5k time? Are you looking for a more performance oriented group to train with? Are you ready to increase your mileage beyond a 5k distance? If you’re interested in any of the above, join our 5k Fast training program! This training program is designed to help you increase your speed, race day preparation, competitive skill and racing strategy.
10k Training: Have you completed a 5k and want to go further? Our 10K Beginner program is designed for those looking to increase their distance from a 5k to a 10k, looking to improve their 10k time, or someone just looking for a group to run with on those longer distances. Our program uses the run/walk method of training.
Half Marathon Training: We can help you run to finish your 13.1 mile goals and we can help you get faster at the half marathon distance. This class is perfect for first-timers or those that want company and to have fun while training for your next half marathon.
