Fleet Feet Pleasanton is dedicated to helping you live a healthy, active lifestyle. We are passionate about helping others realize their personal fitness goals. Our training programs offer structured workouts, dedicated coaching, educational clinics, and plenty of motivation and support to keep you going from start to finish. Whether you’re looking to get started in a fitness program, accomplish a new goal, or are seeking a group to keep you motivated, our programs deliver results. Keep an eye out throughout the year as these programs are offered.
NEW 2020 Kickstarter Training: This program brings together a community of beginning fitness enthusiasts, runners, and walkers in search of guidance on how to kickstart their fitness journey. Kickstarter training meets trainees where they are and guides them through efficient and safe progression towards their goals. This program is new to 2020 and currently available virtually but includes online zoom coaching and trainee community support.
NEW 2020 Grow Your Miles Training: We understand many people have just begun their fitness journies with the newly acquired time from sheltering in place and we also understand that in starting a new fitness routine, so comes lots of new information and questions. Grow Your Miles is a program designed for the runner and walker who have already begun their fitness journey but are at a point where they want to improve but does not yet have the answers on how to improve upon their fitness. We want to bring together all of the new runners and walkers in our community and assist you in building from where you are. We know how persistent we runners and walkers become once we have a goal in mind, let us help you get to your next step.

Make it a Mile: Make it a Mile is a four-week walking/running program designed to help beginner take the first steps to running a whole mile. The program is a great lead up to a 5K Beginner program. Currently unavailable
5k Finish - Learn to Run: We understand that everyone is on their own journey to a healthier lifestyle. No matter what your journey is, we will have mentors and coaches to help guide and encourage you along the way. Join the fun and see what you can accomplish! Currently unavailable
5k Fast: Are you looking to take the next step in your training? Are you looking to improve your next 5k time? Are you looking for a more performance oriented group to train with? Are you ready to increase your mileage beyond a 5k distance? If you’re interested in any of the above, join our 5k Fast training program! This training program is designed to help you increase your speed, race day preparation, competitive skill and racing strategy. Currently unavailable
10k Training: Have you completed a 5k and want to go further? Our 10K Beginner program is designed for those looking to increase their distance from a 5k to a 10k, looking to improve their 10k time, or someone just looking for a group to run with on those longer distances. Our program uses the run/walk method of training. Currently unavailable
Half Marathon Training: We can help you run to finish your 13.1 mile goals and we can help you get faster at the half marathon distance. This class is perfect for first-timers or those that want company and to have fun while training for your next half marathon. Currently unavailable
