Our Fit Process

No two feet are the same. Not even your own two feet. That’s right, nearly 80 percent of us have a noticeable discrepancy between our left foot and our right foot. We may also have a bunion, a wider heel, or a lower arch. What amounts to a millimeter's difference in shape or size between your feet could mean the difference between comfortably making it through your run or deciding not to take the first step at all.

That’s where we come in. We’ve been dedicated to finding the perfect fit for our customers for over 28 years. The Fleet Feet Outfitting Process focuses on providing you with running shoes that fit properly, gear that improves your experience, and the knowledge to help you move your best—whether that’s a 10-minute walk or a three-hour marathon. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are encouraged and guarantee one-on-one outfitting to help you find the perfect fit with no wait time. Appointments are available on weekdays only. Due to high traffic on weekends, we only take walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
