We are excited to bring you a series of clinics designed to educate and empower the community. Whether you are a new runner or a seasoned one, you are bound to learn something new during a Bulletproof Runner clinic. We will be revealing truth, mythbusting and tapping into your curiosity. Have you ever wondered why a diet didn't work? Or why your shoes wore out faster than your last pair? Or maybe why you couldn't gain the strength you wanted at a local gym? We have answers! We want to make sure you leave these clinics with the best and most accurate information to choose the best direction FOR YOU. Each Bulletproof Runner Clinic will be an educational experience that is enriching in the areas of run specialty, strength and conditioning, nutrition and more. We will aim to begin with a panel discussion at the designated locations, followed by a group run or walk at a local park or throughout the community depending on the location. For each clinic we will have experts in nutrition, strength training and running performance on the panel with the addition of mental health experts and more throughout the series. Each clinic will allow for questions, topic recommendations and an interactive element for you to try on our run or walk or activities you can perform at home, such as a tasty healthy recipe.

At 9:00a, running and walking coaches from Fleet Feet Pleasanton will be guiding a community run or walk throughout Pleasanton that all attendees are welcome to join!
We ask that you reserve a spot for the event.
We will not exclude anyone from these educational clinics, however a headcount does ensure that our guests know how many attendees to count on.
