Our "Tools of the Trade" workshops are back!
We've revamped the curriculum to bring you the latest and best in exercise physiology and the science of running in a condensed format. These workshops will focus on four of the major principles in training and racing, and teach you how to use them to your advantage. Each session is broken into four different 15-minute segments, with a short 5-minute Q & A in-between.

Part Three - Cross-training vs. Strength-training & Program Development
Part Four - Active & Passive Recovery
