8 Week Program: June 26th - August 17th
Fleet Feet Pittsburgh's 8-week, non-competitive conditioning camp will get kids ready for middle school cross country and other sports this fall. Camp meets twice weekly, and introduces the fundamentals of form and speed development in a non-competitive environment through creative drills and a gradual building of running endurance to 30 minutes. This program is designed for students entering the 6th, 7th, or 8th grades in Fall 2019, and the focus is on fun!
Our 8 Week $90 Program includes:
- Camp T-Shirt
- 15 Coached group sessions of interactive games & running to get kids moving & build an endurance base
- Training Plan includes two weekly group sessions, plus one additional workout plan
Kick off is Saturday, June 22nd at noon!
