Meet the Fleet Feet Pittsburgh racing rabbits...
The Fleet Feet X rabbit Racing Team is a group of six Fleet Feet Pittsburgh employees who are consistent overall and age-group finishers in local and regional races in distances ranging from the mile to the marathon. Our athletes represent the Fleet Feet and rabbit brands in major Pittsburgh road races and smaller community events throughout the year. In addition, the racing team has a strong social media presence and regularly participates in volunteer/charitable initiatives.
Runners interested in joining the team can apply via a formal application process which will be released Fall 2021.
Deb ran her first full marathon in Columbus in October of 2013, and qualified for Boston. She enjoys competing at distances from the 5K to the marathon, where she consistently finishes in the top of her age group. Her favorite race to run is the New York City Marathon. Deb is the General Manager and co-owner of Fleet Feet Pittsburgh.

Tim began running formally in college for Point Park University’s cross-country team, as a way to get in shape for the basketball season. He has run consistently ever since, and is still trying to figure out his favorite and most competitive distance event. Tim is the Training Programs Director at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh.

Kyle started running recreationally with his girlfriend in 2014, but didn’t really get serious until before their wedding in 2016. Kyle has been training and racing with the Fleet Feet Running Club ever since, and recently qualified for the Boston Marathon in Chicago. Kyle is the Assistant General Manager at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh.

Travis began running when he was in 8th grade to get in shape for basketball. He is an alumnus of Canon McMillan High School and Slippery Rock University, where he was on the cross-country and track teams. His running focus has since turned to road races, and he was the Men’s Open winner in the 2018 EQT 10-Miler. Travis is the Retail Experience Manager at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh.

Bob Pikelis has been involved in the local running community for over 30 years. He has run over a dozen marathons, and was a part of the pacing team for the Baltimore Marathon. He was a part-time cross-country coach at Canon-MacMillan in the late 1990’s. Bob is a Fit Professional at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh.

Jennifer Cox is a former state and regional qualifier in USA Gymnastics. After retiring from the sport in college, she began running to stay active. She found the clock to be a big motivator, and began to experiment with different elements of training to learn how they affected performance. Jennifer primarily races her watch and herself, but has enjoyed competing in local events over the years from 5K up to a marathon. Jennifer is a Fit Professional at Fleet Feet Pittsburgh.
