Five months and thirty posts ago, we started the Coach’s Corner blog to provide evidence-based training advice and running wisdom garnered from years of experience. We hope you have found the information valuable and applicable. It was my hope to boil down complex topics and relevant insight into short, consumable content.
In 2022, the Coach’s Corner content will be available to the training groups and take an event-specific tone. We will continue to provide running tips through the Fleet Feet Journal, but I highly recommend joining our half or full marathon training community. As a part of this group, you will also have access to coaches, a daily training schedule and an in-store discount in addition to the supplemental content like Coach’s Corner.
