Looking to run a 10K the first weekend of July? Looking to set a PR in this distance or just run it for the first time? Well this is the PERFECT program for you!
When do we meet:
Tuesdays @6:30pm- Riley Track (speed workout)
Thursdays @6:00pm- Fleet Feet PTC (easy run)
You will be programmed for a long run to complete on your own on either Saturday or Sunday. If you are looking to run more days a week, no worries we will program your for more days to meet your individual running needs.
Training begins the week of May 10th and will end on July 5th, for a total of 8 weeks of structured runs.
Wanting to learn more? Join us for an open house at Fleet Feet PTC on April 22nd or April 29th at 6pm. This is the perfect opportunity to hear from the coach and ask all the questions you might have!
