Are you looking to get faster? Improve running form? Increase strength? If so, join us for eight weeks of strength training, meeting in person twice a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 5:30am. This program is geared to runners who are looking to get faster and stronger to supplement their running. We will be meeting at the store and go through exercises that you will be able to do at home with minimal equipment or take to the gym to get your sweat in. If time is of your concern all lifting sessions are efficiently split between lower and upper body that are geared to be 45 minute or less sessions.
