Looking to complete your first half-marathon? Or are you looking to set a PR in that distance? Well this is the training program for you! Join us for 16 weeks of personalized training that will get you to the finish line.
Start Date: The Week of August 3rd
Race Date: November 26th (A race around Thanksgiving Day)
What to expect:
Two in-person runs a week, with a full week of sheduled runs, cross training, and rest days.
- Tuesdays: Speed Workout at Riley Track @6:30PM
- Thursdays: Easy Runs at the store @6:00PM
You will be programmed to complete your long run over the weekend and other runs throughout the week (based on how much you want to run).
