Are you looking for a change to your workout routine? Looking to ad core strength and build a better and stronger foundation? Have you wondered about yoga but found yourself nervous about being a rookie?

Runners and walkers alike are welcomed to experience 1 hour sessions designed specifically to target increased strength and flexibility.

Come out and give it a try. All classes are free but you must RSVP to attend each class. Class sizes are limited to 20, so sign up early!

Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings for 6 weeks and placed on the events calendar with the exact date(s) and time.
