New Shoes in the Store

 New Balance 1080v15

The New Balance 1080 is a staff favorite year-over-year, so we were anxiously awaiting for the next iteration to arrive in stores. And once again, this one delivers.A redesigned upper makes way for a completely new Infinion foam in the midsole, made to reassume its bounciness at a quicker rate than other foams. The result is a bouncy shoe with a secure fit, perfect for longer runs and peppier runs alike.

ASICS Gel Nimbus 28

Weighing in at 20g less than its predecessor, the Gel Nimbus 28 is made for maximum cushioning. It's fittingly named; with each step, you'll feel like your foot is landing on clouds. We recommend this one for long runs, walks, and days on your feet.

Karhu Ikoni 3.5 and Mestari 2.0

We initially brought Karhu shoes into the stores early last year, and they've quickly become a cult classic. Using data from the fit id machine to craft their midsoles, Karhu makes their shoes to fit a wide range of foot shapes, and quite frankly, they feel incredible underneath the arch. The new iterations of the Ikoni and Mestari bring minor yet welcome quality-of-life changes, including tweaks to the stack height for cushioning and changes to the outer materials for added durability. You can try either of these shoes out for free on a demo run on Feb. 12--stay tuned for details.

Saucony Ride 19

For years, the Saucony Ride has been one of the most durable and trusty daily trainers in the store. This year, Saucony honed in on maximizing the Ride 19's energy return and further improving durability, adding a lighter and more responsive PWRRUN+ foam to the midsole and tacking on better traction to the sole. The Ride 19 delivers a similar fit and feel that Saucony lovers will recognize and continue to love. Test run this one in stores.
