Fleet Feet NYC's Fall 2023 10K Training Program presented by New Balance
Program Start: Sunday, July 16, 2023 | First In-Person Meetup: Wednesday, July 19, 2023 | Program Length: 10 Weeks | Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 AM
We are excited to announce the debut of our highly requested 10K training program! We have some great coaches lined up for you to help guide and support you the entire way on your journey toward completing any 10K race of your choice, or a Fleet Feet NYC 10K community run to be held this fall. You'll receive a full 10-week schedule of workouts and will be held accountable by our coaches as well as all your fellow peers within the program. Twice-weekly in-person workouts, meeting at our Columbus Circle store at 10 Columbus Circle, Second Floor, will be hosted every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM and every Saturday morning at 8:30 AM, for a total of 20 in-person workouts in addition to the rest of the training plan's workouts. Open to all levels, and perfect for those who just completed Couch to 5K and are looking to continue to climb with respect to their race mileage. We look forward to guiding you to the finish line of a very successful 10K!
