The Summer Speedster series is a 12 week training plan to help you focus on improved pace with workouts twice a week and monthly time trials to help you measure your progress. Here is what you can expect from the program:
- Improve Speed and Endurance: This program will help you achieve faster sprint times and overall performance improvements.
- Expert Coaching: You will receive a plan created by New Balance runner and 2024 Olympic time trials qualifier and RRCA certified running coach Caroline Cole. Led by Level 2 certified RRCA running coach, Brooke Barrett and Personal Trainer, Andrew Fisher you'll have ample support to help you reach your goals
- Structured Training Plan: The program includes well-organized sessions with drills, interval training, and technique work for maximum results.
- Community and Motivation: A fun, supportive community that will push you to be your best.
