Nashville Marathon & Half Marathon Training Program

Our MARATHON and HALF MARATHON Training programs are ideal for beginners, experienced runners, interval runners and walkers. We recommend that half marathoners be able to cover 5 miles and marathoners be able to run 10 miles at the start of training. Join our Info Session on Tuesday, July 21 @6pm at the Brentwood store; training begins Saturday, August 1, 2026. Email brooke@fleetfeetnashville.com with questions.
