2022 SPRING TRAINING PROGRAMS
Fleet Feet Nashville is turning 20 in 2022! To celebrate we are donating 100% of the net proceeds from Spring Training program registration fees to ten local charities and non-profits*.
Our Half and Full Marathon Training Programs are ideal for beginners and experienced runners and interval runners. This program is designed specifically for individuals living and training in the Hendersonville area.
Included in your training program fee:
- 12 week training program designed to prepare you for the Rock and Roll Nashville Half and Full Marathon on April 23, 2022.
- Weekly workout schedule via an online format with workouts to complete on your own.
- In-person Saturday group runs with Hendersonville Running Club
- Invitation to join a private Facebook community with access to coaches and trainers as well as tips and tricks to stay motivated and healthy throughout the season.
- $25 Fleet Feet store gift card to use during the training season.
- Tech sessions, clinics and webinars from experts in gear, physical therapy, massage, and nutrition.
- Commemorative training shirt
- 2 additional weeks of scheduled post-training recovery workouts.
*Net Proceeds of the Spring Training Program registrations will be garnered from the total registration cost per participant ($65) minus any required fees and taxes or discounts given to pacers, employees, alumni, St. Jude Heroes and Solemates.
Charitable donations will be equally dispersed between up to ten local charities. Learn more about our ten Spring Training Partners this season.
The 12 week training cycle begins on Monday, January 31st and ends on race day, April 23rd.
Hendersonville has a thriving running community and Fleet Feet Nashville is proud to support the Hendersonville Running Club and their Spring Half and Full Marathon training programs.
