Spring No Boundaries 5K Training
Join Fleet Feet in a 8-week training program geared towards completing the Memorial Day Classic 5K. This support-focused training program includes walking, running, run/walking and education on everything from proper form to nutrition.
The first workout will take place on Monday, April 1st at Fleet Feet Hendersonville
Here's the scoop on the training plan:
- Monday group workouts - 7 p.m. at Fleet Feet Hendersonville
- Saturday group workouts at 7:30 a.m. at Fleet Feet Hendersonville
- Pace groups are Running, 3:1, 2:1, 1:1, Walkers
- Every participant is required to carry water on all runs
The 8-week program includes one weekday workouts, and one group weekend workout, a training plan, educational opportunities, a tech tee, injury screenings, discounts to East West Body Works for the duration of the training program and loads of encouragement and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.
