The 8-week program includes one weekly group workout, training plan, Good Form Running clinic, educational opportunities on nutrition and gear, injury screenings and loads of encouragement and accountability to help you reach your fitness goals.
Additionally, Fleet Feet Hendersonville has partnered with Burn Boot Camp. For the duration of this 8 week program, registered participants can attend Burn Boot Camp's Saturday 9am workout which includes core strengthening, general conditioning and running.
