What is the Frequent Buyer Program?
We appreciate your business and your loyalty to our store. As a result, we offer our Personal Rewards Loyalty Program to all customers. For every $150 you spend in the store, you earn a $15 dollar reward, good towards your next purchase at any Fleet Feet. Our new app allows you to track the status of your rewards. In addition to rewards for every dollar you spend, you can now earn trips, merchandise, and experiences for being active, attending events, and completing surveys. For information on the app, click here. There is no cost for the program, no time limit to accumulate your $150 spent, and no membership cards to keep track of. Your voucher will be good for 6 months from the date it is earned.
Do you make custom orthotics?
No, but we carry a full line of orthotics from Superfeet, Montrail, and Powerstep. Our fit experts will work with you to determine which orthotic fits your foot and your shoe the best, create a custom fit that should last through two-three pairs of shoes.
Do I need an appointment to be fit for shoes, inserts or a sports bra?
No appointment necessary! When you come into our store, there is a sign-in board that you can jot your name on to ensure we know you are in the store. During busy season (January thru April) and on Saturdays, you might have to wait ten to fifteen minutes for a fit specialist, but we promise to provide you the best shoe, insert or bra fitting experience in Nashville.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, please return or exchange it within 60 days - with or without a receipt. We won’t rest until we find the right solution for your needs. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or individual store’s website, fleetfeet.com, or in-store. To return items to a different location than they were purchased from, the receipt must be present. Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
