What began as a single, modest shop—just a third of its current footprint, with unmistakable bright orange accent walls—has grown into something truly extraordinary. Under the leadership of owner Christi Beth Adams, Fleet Feet Nashville has flourished into a trusted destination for runners and walkers of all levels, known for expert fitting, compassionate, friendly service, and a deep commitment to community.

Over the past 24 years, we’ve helped tens of thousands of people move better, feel stronger, and fall in love with movement—whether that meant their first 5K, a marathon finish line, or simply pain-free miles in everyday life. Every stride, every story, and every milestone has been powered by and for this community.
