Our beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program is designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking and are looking to run their first 5K. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 8 weeks! Along the way we’ll provide you with two training run/walks per week and motivation to keep you moving. We will also have educational clinics to cover topics such as shoes/gear, nutrition, and injuries.
As part of the No Boundaries training program at Fleet Feet Nashua, participants will receive the following:
