Brooks’ long-running Ghost line is known for its comfortable fit and easy ride, and the new model is no exception.
Designers used two types of foam underfoot—BioMoGo DNA and DNA Loft—for a ride that’s both cushioned and responsive, and the fit accommodates a wide range of foot widths and volumes. DNA Loft is the softest foam in the Brooks running shoe lineup, giving cushion to ultra-soft shoes like the women's Brooks Glycerin 17.
Brooks didn’t change much from the Ghost 11 to the Ghost 12, which means fans of the previous shoe will love the new one. New this year, though, is a lighter weight and a redesigned upper that provides security, instant comfort and a sleek new look.
Fleet Feet runners tried out the shoe for our Brooks Ghost 12 review. Testers say the comfortable fit and reliable ride make it an ideal all-around running shoe for most people.
If you’re looking for a no-fuss fit and premium ride, look no further than the Brooks Ghost 12.
