The Big Run 5K is our way of celebrating Global Running Day.
Whether it’s your first 5K, or your first in a long time, The Big Run 5K Training Program presented by Brooks will have you ready to run 3.1 miles with a 8 week, beginner-friendly training program culminating with the Big Run 5K on Global Running Day in June. More than a race, The Big Run is a celebration of running and the community it pulls together.
