Tired of hitting the same times race after race? Get faster with our Speed Training Program! This 8 week program is an opportunity for you to become a faster and more efficient runner, regardless of your preferred distance. Our coaches review with you skills, drills, and form to optimize your speed. Speed repeats will include distances between 200 meters to 1600 meters, with brief recovery intervals in between. Most workouts will total 3000 meters or more of sprinting. Speed work will range from 3 to 6 miles, including warm-up and cool down.
Already in a Fleet Feet program? Speed is the perfect addition to any of our programs.
