Yoga for Runners!
Yoga for Runners is an instructor-lead workshop to help runners increase range of motion, provide balance strength, sync breathing, and reduce risk of injury.
Join us for our Fall session on Thursday nights, beginning October 5th
All levels welcome – from the first time yogi or to add to your existing practice.
What you will need:
$60 for 8 sessions

Thursday Evenings @ 6:45pm - 7:30pm
*SPACE IS LIMITED TO 10 PARTICIPANTS*
Sessions are 45 minutes for all levels, as this will be excellent for those who want an instructor to really help you in all areas of yoga!
