This year‘s 5K will be a charitable run to be completed in honor of Ambria McGregor. Rather than being a timed competition this year, it is designed to raise funds for the nonprofit created in her name, Ambria’s Oasis.

The goal of this nonprofit is to provide a place of restoration and renewal for families who are experiencing grief from the loss of a child. We will host monthly weekend retreats at little to no cost for these families and provide them with professional counseling, recreational activities, and other materials.

The 5K course, “Ambria’s Route,” has officially been mapped out, and next year we will begin with a timed competition. A clock will be placed at the finish line this year for anyone who wishes to track his/her own time.  We hope to have your support this year as we get our nonprofit up and running.

The race begins at 8:00 am

Just Love Coffee will be on site if you need to purchase coffee or muffins.

A $25.00 registration fee will earn you a t-shirt and a goodie bag.

Anyone who wishes to purchase the t-shirt only but not participate in the race may choose the “sleep in” option for $20.00. 

All profits will go directly to Ambria’s Oasis. Thank you for your support.
