Monday Runday Group Runs

Every Monday is a Runday (and Walkday) at Fleet Feet! 

Start your week with movement, motivation and community at Monday Runday! Join us every Monday at 6:30 PM at all four Fleet Feet Charleston locations—Mt. Pleasant, Summerville, Carnes Crossroads and West Ashley—for a fun, free group run.

Whether you’re training for a race, staying active or looking to meet new people, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive community for all faces and paces. Choose a 3- or 5-mile route and enjoy the encouragement that makes Monday Runday such a special part of our week.

Beginning August 3, Monday Runday will also include an official walking group! Walkers have always been welcome, and we’re excited to make it even easier to join the fun.

Inclement Weather Policy - We want to keep you alive to run another day. A great deal of consideration goes into deciding to cancel group runs. We will cancel runs if there is severe weather such as lightning, tornadoes, active hurricanes or blizzards. In addition, we will cancel runs if the summer heat index becomes unsafe (95 degrees plus).

Group run cancellation notices will be posted on our Facebook pages. Please like our Facebook pages (Fleet Feet Mt. Pleasant, Fleet Feet West Ashley, Fleet Feet Summerville and Fleet Feet Carnes Crossroads) to get these updates. Cancellations will often be a game-time decision, so please check both often leading up to the workout.
