Josh Formwalt

Originally from Catonsville, MD, Josh moved to Charleston to be near his parents, his sister and her three kids. Oh, and warmer weather!

When asked why he enjoys working at Fleet Feet, he replied "For the motivation from like minded hard workers. (And the discount on shoes.)"

Outside of Fleet Feet Josh enjoys sports of all kinds and indulging in good eats and hiking adventures. And he's always looking for good brewery.

As far as running goals, he is getting back to marathoning and ultra running. Fun fact...Josh ran 11 marathons (in 8 different states) and 3 ultras in 3 years!

Another goal Josh has is to motivate others. His sister got him into long distance running, and he wants to be a positive influence for his nieces and nephew.
