Carla Geiger-Serrick

Carla is originally from West Palm Beach FL, and has lived in a variety of places across the U.S., but came to Charleston from the Atlanta Area mainly for work (with a defense contractor) – and to be closer to her Air National Guard unit in Savannah. Plus – she has family in Summerville!

When not working at Fleet Feet you can find her running, playing clarinet or handbells, traveling with her husband, and cheering on her Florida Gators.

When working at the store Carla enjoys "watching a face light up when someone finds 'their' shoe, and also just meeting and talking with so many great people in the community."

Running fitness goals? She has recently taken up trail running, is planning on doing some longer trail races/events, and will continue to travel to "new-to-her" races in interesting places!

- She didn't start running until she was 40 years old.

- She has run in at least one race/event a month for the past 35 months & counting!
