This training program will help you gear up for your Spring Marathon goals. This is timed for the local Big Sur Marathon, however if you are registered for another spring marathon we can tailor the program to your goals and races.
Participants will get:
-Weekly guidance on mileage and intensity
-Twice weekly in-person run meet ups (Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 8am, at Fleet Feet Monterey)
-Access to a private Facebook Group with other Training Program Participants
-10% in-store discount at Fleet Feet Monterey for the duration of the program
