PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Join us for a running program for beginner runners looking to tackle the goal of running a mile! This program will utilize the run/walk method and there is no minimum fitness requirement to join us! This is a 4 week program designed to help you reach your goals!
TRAINING DESCRIPTION
-Wednesdays at 6pm
-Saturdays at 8am
-10% off of in store purchases during the duration of the training program
-Camaraderie of group exercise
-Day-by-day instructions sent out weekly to set you up for success
