The Fall Endurance Training Program powered by New Balance and Maurten is flexible and will support ALMOST ANY fall goal race! Got a half or full marathon planned somewhere between Wineglass weekend (October 6) and Philly weekend (November 24)? Then this program is perfect for you!
To ensure you have a good "base mileage" heading into an endurance class we suggest that you are consistently run/walk or running 15-20 miles per week for 2-3 months before program start.
Program Overview
Our program is meticulously crafted by experienced coaches and runners to build your endurance, strength, and speed progressively over 14 weeks. Each week is strategically planned to ensure you toe the line on race day feeling strong and ready. Here’s what you can expect from our program:

Detailed Weekly Schedule: A day-by-day breakdown of training activities including running workouts, cross-training, rest days, and recovery sessions

Varied Workouts: Mix of long runs, track workouts, tempo runs, interval training, and recovery runs to optimize your performance

Strength and Flexibility: Guidance on supplementary exercises to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and prevent injuries
- Group Support & Camaraderie: Our coaches, mentors and your fellow trainees will make the group runs fun. They’ll keep you motivated when the workouts get difficult. They’ll keep you accountable when you feel too tired to show up. And they'll celebrate all of your achievements, from the first training run to the finish line!

July 27 - October 26, 7am at Fleet Feet Montclair
Sunday Supported Long Runs:
September 8, September 22, and October 13, 7am at Fleet Feet (Class will meet on Sundays instead of Saturdays for these dates.)
