Spring Endurance
Are you ready to transition from those cold winter months and crush an April half marathon?
Our 10-week Half Marathon Training program, meeting twice a week, will help you build your distance throughout the tough winter months. The training schedule is in line with the first running of the Jersey City Half Marathon in April.
Stay accountable and motivated with a training plan complete with daily assignments for running, walking, cross training, and recovery. Work with experienced Fleet Feet coaches and mentors on speed, endurance, running mechanics, fueling, hydration, and more. Utilizing the *Final Surge Training app, your coach can tailor training to your comfort level, distance and ability.
We believe that training programs can be life changing. Setting goals, making friends, being part of a community, getting stronger and healthier, achieving new potentials - that's what it's all about!

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL
- Training program starts at 5 miles
- Run or run/walk 4 miles consecutively at a 14 min/mile pace or faster
- Please note that the Jersey City Half has a cut-off time of 10:30 AM (3h 30 min after the start)
