DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A WINTER WARRIOR?

January 1 - February 28, 2021

This year "warrior" takes on special meaning. Let’s use running or walking as a practice to help us overcome, stay mentally and physically healthy and connected to a community of encouragement.

Fleet Feet Montclair, in partnership with Brooks, is excited to present you and your whole family with a fun way to keep active and motivated through the cold. The Winter Warrior Challenge, and the kids Mini-Warrior division (for those 15 and under) will hold you accountable for 8 weeks, giving you that little push to keep moving from the holidays through February.

All paces, fitness levels and anyone who needs a little motivation is welcome to participate! Bring on the entire family! A family of 4 gets special pricing! Our goal is to keep the WHOLE community healthy and fit through a tough winter season! 

Your challenge is to log at least 3 workouts (preferably outside) per week, a minimum of 30 minutes each. (This can include outdoor runs, walks, skiing and creative options when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate: yoga, strength work, etc.) Not only do we promise fun while remaining physically active, but you will also have the opportunity to earn bragging rights and some pretty cool swag, too.

WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE?

• Enter at least 3 separate 30 minute workouts a week using a special RunSignUp link - to be provided. 
• Earn up to 10 virtual badges on your RunSignUp profile as you log workouts!
• Those who complete 24 activities or more throughout the challenge will earn a Winter Warrior mug.
• Reach Ultimate Warrior status by logging 40 activities for a chance to win a $100 Fleet Feet gift card. Details TBA
