This 8-week program is designed for someone new to the 8k (4.97 miles) distance and/or looking for a little more intensity. Training will start at 2 miles and build up to the 5 mile distance. The 10K Beyond Boundaries Training Program moves runners and walkers further along towards their fitness and running goals. We keep learning fresh with new training ideas, and a variety of informational and technical clinics are provided by the area's leading experts. The workouts last an hour to an hour and a half as we increase mileage throughout the season. As always we provide experienced and trained coaches & mentors to help inspire and motivate you on this training journey. Back by popular demand! We've added our 15K Training Program back into our rotation. The 9.3 mile distance is a great stepping stone to longer distances and a commitment to proper conditioning.
