Certified Judo Instructor, Kevin Costello of Applied Martial Arts Concepts will teach us the 3 C's of self defense: clear, control, conclude. Learn to be more aware of your surroundings and to spot danger before it becomes a problem. Plus, learn self defense techniques you can use if danger does present itself.
The 90-minute interactive workshop includes 75 minutes of active instruction and 15-minutes of Q&A. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
