We're more than a running store. For 35 years we have inspired, educated and empowered all people to live a healthy and active lifestyle. We are locally & family owned and operated and strive to give back to the community in which we live and serve.

We take pride in being the leader in run specialty, and as a fitness brand, we like to keep things high-spirited, fast-paced, and fun. No matter the goal, pace or experience level, we support our customers, training program participants, community members every step of the way.

You don't have to be an experienced runner to shop with us. We love helping walkers, yogi's, cross-training enthusiasts and anyone looking for comfortable shoes!  We strive to provide
