"Beat The Heat" is a 6-week structured training program:
*Run Specific Workout every Wednesday at 6:00pm
Each week, we will focus on everything from running form to how to perfect efficiency and speed through certain run drills and workouts.
*Crosstraining Workout every Saturday at 7:00am
Saturdays will be a full-body workout to effectively strengthen the run muscles and their supporting muscle groups.
When: Weekly training runs will be at 6:00pm on Wednesday and 7:00am on Saturdays. Our first training run begins on Saturday, July 1st, 2017.
Where: The group meets from the store, local parks or coffee shops (Locations will vary from time to time and will be communicated weekly by email.)

***Participants are required to wear reflective gear for evening workouts and carry water.
Program Cost: Early bird registration $65.00 until May 31st, on June 1st the fee increases to $75.00, then August 1st to $85. (Please note: Race registration for the target race is NOT included in your program cost.) This program will be capped at 30 participants.
