LOCATIONS: All group workouts are outdoors at Fleet Feet Sports as well as various places throughout Mobile: (Cottage Hill Park, Municipal Park, routes from our favorite coffee shops, etc)

GOAL RACE: 12K Battleship on Sunday, November 12th.
WHAT IS NEXT STEP: Perfect for those who can run between 2-3 miles but have a difficult time going further than the 5K distance. This program will train you to run the 12K distance. Great training program for aspiring half marathoners. Participants must be able to run 2 miles without stopping under or at 15 minute per mile pace.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Before entry into the program, you must be able to run a 15:00 minute per mile pace or faster. We ask that you can run/walk 3 miles without stopping before getting started.
