Description: This program is for runners, run/walkers, and walkers. The program will include 2 group workouts each week on Thursdays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 8am. BONUS: Customized 8 week strength training program created by a local physical therapist. Grab a FREE spot in this training program while they last!
