FREE Battleship 12K Training Program
Need a little motivation and support to train for a longer race? Join us for our FREE 8-week training program to get ready for the Battleship 12K this fall! This program is for runners, run/walkers, and walkers. The program will include 4 structured workouts per week, with 2 group workouts each week on Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am. No cost to participate, just be prepared to work hard!
Program start: Saturday, September 20 @ 7am
Goal race: Sunday, November 16
